国家对事故车有严格的定义。在国家颁布的《二手车判定评估技术规范-GB/T 30323-2013》中,第五条对事故车的判别作出了明确的规定。

 

1、车身顶边梁、底边梁、后翼子板、后尾箱、侧围等在内的任何车身主体结构(不行拆卸部分)存在严峻钣金修正乃至切开、拼接、烧焊的状况;

 

2、因撞击导致车辆安全气囊弹出、安全带替换的车辆;
